Payment

Please credit me when using my artwork that you commissioned.Through Kofi, Stripe, Venmo, Cashapp, Deviant Points and occasionally PayPal vouchers.Payment in USD please!Payment upfront. Unless stated otherwise. I am only open to plans or longer holds if I am familiar with you.Commercial and promotional rights are prohibited towards all NFT use and AI training, transfer, and redistribution.Note that commissioned artwork is for personal usage only. I am willing to discuss commercial usage that comes with a fee, please let me know beforehand.I have the right to refuse service for any reason.Revisions prior to lining is free, you will only be charged if it's a drastic change.Do not use my art for AI/ NFTs/ Blockchain/ Cryptocurrency or you will be automatically blacklisted.I do not do refunds once it is paid. Attempting to ask for a refund after I completed it will result in a public blacklist.You are only eligible for a full refund or partial refund (depending on how much progress I made) if I'm unable to complete it on time.Commission will be terminated if the client breaches terms of service or if the artist has not communicated for over four (4) weeks and you will be refunded.

DESIGN TOS

Do not use my designs for AI/ NFTs/ Blockchain/ Cryptocurrency or you will be automatically blacklisted.Credits must be directed towards me unless stated otherwise by me.Do not claim yourself as the creator of my designs or you will be automatically blacklisted.If a particular design was either raffled/ gifted to you! Do not resell for more than it was bought unless personal + commissioned art is added! Art obtained from trade only adds to trade value, unless the artist who made their trade deems otherwise. Free art/art from games like art fight do not count!Commercial and promotional rights are prohibited towards all NFT use and AI training, transfer, and redistribution.

Feel free to make changes to the designs as much as you like.However, you (the owner) credit me as the creator and designer of the design regardless of its changes or or you will be automatically blacklisted.Designs can be traded/ sold higher than the overall price once bought from me as long the buyer is aware of this! This does not count if it was free, gifted or raffled or you will be automatically blacklisted.Commercial use for my designs are okay as long I'm credited for the design.
